DESCRIPTION:Carer Kafe are delighted to announce Carer Kafe Conference 2027 – the future of home-based care in Victoria\, 22 & 23 April\, Sofitel Melbourne on Collins. \nThe Carer Kafe Conference will bring together carers\, support staff\, legal representatives and sector stakeholders to explore emerging issues\, discuss recent reforms and strengthen connections across Victoria’s out of home care sector. \nThrough learning\, collaboration and shared experiences\, the conference aims to support better outcomes for children\, young people\, families and carers. \nCarers who are selected will have their Conference registration fees covered.
