Carers will enjoy creative processes that encourage relaxation\, self-reflection and connection with peers in similar caregiving roles. \nFacilitated by Fiona McGrath and Sara Grace\, 2 Masters qualified\, professionally registered trauma-informed Arts Therapists\, who will ensure a safe and welcoming space for carers\, with practical takeaways to reinforce well-being at home. \nA $50 digital gift card will be emailed to you after the 3 sessions to assist with travel and babysitting costs. \nThe session is designed for kinship\, foster and permanent carers.
