Nutrition for Wellbeing Seminar – Epping

These sessions are for kinship carers only.

Lunch, tea & coffee provided.

Carer’s who attend the full seminar session and complete the evaluation will receive a $50 gift voucher.

Kinship Carers Victoria are delivering a series of Diet and Nutrition seminars for kinship carers – back by popular demand! Take part in a workshop led by clinical nutritionist/ functional medicine practitioner Nikki Valentini who will talk about how to shop, prepare food and eat well on a finite budget. Nikki is an avid cook and has catered for wellness retreats for more than 10 years. She uses a holistic medicine approach to nutrition plus rigorous evidence-based research and testing.
