This webinar will help you to support your children and young people through their challenging behaviour and dysregulation.

By participating in this webinar, you will be more able to understand the origins of feelings and behaviour, support young people through challenging behaviour, and understand your own state and the impact of this on the young people in your care.

This webinar is presented by Karen Young, who began her career as a psychologist in private practice and is now recognised as a leading authority on child and adolescent anxiety. Karen created Hey Sigmund, an internationally popular online resource, is the author of 5 books, has appeared on television and radio, and has proven popular in presenting previous Carer Kafe webinars
