Thursday 6 March

10am – 12.30pm

Zoom online

Join Megan Corcoran for a 2.5-hour webinar that will focus on the importance of your self-care. In this session, carers will learn:

  • Strategies to nurture your compassion and prevent fatigue
  • Positive psychology interventions that you can embed into your day to enhance wellbeing
  • Strategies to support yourself during stressful days and challenging moments
  • The benefits of peer support with the opportunity to connect with other carers during the session

This session is presented by Megan Corcoran, Director of the Wagtail Institute and trauma-informed wellbeing consultant. Megan is an experienced teacher, leader, university lecturer and workshop facilitator.
