This webinar will support carers to become more confident in:

  • Understanding the changes that happen during adolescence, and how these can impact behaviour, relationships, and feelings;
  • Increase connection and influence;
  • Confidently hold loving boundaries; and
  • Confidently respond when boundaries are broken.

This webinar is presented by Karen Young, who began her career as a psychologist in private practice and is now recognised as a leading authority on child and adolescent anxiety. Karen created Hey Sigmund, an internationally popular online resource, is the author of 5 books, has appeared on television and radio, and has proven popular in presenting previous Carer Kafe webinars

The session is designed for kinship, foster and permanent carers.
