Mindfulness & Creative Arts Therapy – Wyndham Vale

Time: 10.00 AM – 2:00 PM

Dates: Friday 21st November, 28th November, & 5th December

Location: Wunggurrwil Dhurrung Centre, 19 Communal Road, WYNDHAM VALE VIC 3024

A delicious lunch will be provided

Participation at all 3 sessions will enable carers to focus on their personal well-being and self-care through creative and mindful activities. Carers will enjoy creative processes that encourage relaxation, self-reflection and connection with peers in similar caregiving roles.

Facilitated by Fiona McGrath and Sara Grace, 2 Masters qualified, professionally registered trauma-informed Arts Therapists, who will ensure a safe and welcoming space for carers, with practical takeaways to reinforce well-being at home.

A $50 digital gift card will be emailed to you after the 3 sessions to assist with travel and babysitting costs.

The session is designed for kinship, foster and permanent carers.
