Carer Health and Wellbeing

Time out for you: Creative Wellbeing for Carers – Fairfield June

Location: Fairfield Boathouse, Fairfield

Times: 3 x Fridays 10am-1.30pm including lunch

We strongly encourage attendance at all 3 sessions to ensure the greatest benefit. However, if something comes up and you can’t attend a session, please let us know.

These sessions are designed for carers to focus on their personal well-being and self-care through creative and mindful activities, as well as sharing lunch together in a beautiful surrounding. Carers will benefit from the creative processes that encourage relaxation, connection and self-reflection with peers in similar caregiving roles.

Facilitated by 2 Masters qualified, professionally trained and registered (ANZACATA) trauma-informed Arts Therapists ensures a safe space for participants, with practical takeaways to reinforce well-being at home.
