When yes means YES – Affirmative Consent Seminar for Kinship Carers

Date: Wednesday 13 May 2026

Time: 10.00am – 2:00pm

Location: Dandenong Club, 1579 Heatherton Rd, Dandenong North, VIC, 3175 (Lunch, tea and coffee will be provided)

When yes means YES Affirmative consent workshop is designed for kinship carers to build their carer skills, awareness and confidence to have conversations with young people within their care, about non-sexual consent and affirmative sexual consent.

The session is designed for kinship carers only. 

Carers who attend the full seminar session and complete an evaluation will receive a $50 voucher.
